This manga is Konogi Yoshiru’s fantasy take on [Shingeki no Eroko-san](https://mangadex.org/title/bdfc7777-f1ee-4131-82cb-2fb5861d32e1/shingeki-no-eroko-san-hen-na-oneesan-wa-danshikousei-to-nakayoku-naritai), depicting a setting with Eruko being in the same age as Hoshi-kun. It was later adapted in the main title as Eruko’s dream sequence.
